All our engineers are our own engineers - we have a strict policy of not sub-contracting out our calls to other companies, that way we know exactly who is repairing your machine (not to mention that all our engineers are fully qualified to manufacturers specification) and therefore we can guarantee you full peace of mind with an expert and friendly service as well as far lower prices.

What is included
in our service & repair......
Firstly, before any booking for a designjet repair is confirmed, a member of our friendly and helpful service team will call you to qualify exactly what fault(s) you are experiencing with your plotter, then arrange a convenient time for one of our engineers to arrive at your door with the necessary parts to repair your machine. Not only do we repair, we also service and clean your machine - fully, calibrate, align printheads, perform service/print tests prior to the call being completed. Over 99% of our calls are completed within the hour.
What to look out for
& to avoid
There are many companies out there claiming to be 'experts' in the designjet repair trade, some even falsely claiming to be Authorised HP Support!
Here are some points to look out for which may save you time and even money.....
The Engineer notifies you that the machine needs to be taken away for repair - Totally un-necessary, they may add parts to the repair that are not needed or just that the engineer cannot repair the unit - may be costly & time consuming.
Call-out charge is extremely low - May take up to 3 hours to do a simple repair which takes less than 1 hour, to increase the call with additional labour charges or may charge an extortionate price for parts.
Companies claiming to be fully HP authorised - This is a classic way to get one foot in the door so to speak - companies that genuinely do repair calls for HP are generally far too busy to be advertising for new work! Most who claim this may actually be HP authorised but are more than likely an HP Authorised reseller for parts or Designjet Plotters.
